Person Profile

A Person Profile is the foundation of every Morphly portrait. It captures your unique facial features from a few reference photos and ensures that every generated portrait preserves your likeness — regardless of style, scene, or prompt.

How it works

When you create a Person Profile, Morphly analyzes your reference photos using Doubao Seedream 5.0 to build a face identity model. This model is stored in your account and used as the base for every generation that references that profile.

You create a profile once and reuse it indefinitely — no re-uploading needed.

Creating a Person Profile

  1. Open the Photo Studio and go to the People panel
  2. Click Add Person
  3. Upload 1–5 photos (JPG or PNG, max 10 MB each)
  4. Optionally enter a name (e.g. "Me", "John", "Mom")
  5. Click Add Person — the profile is ready in seconds

Creating a profile is free and does not cost any credits.

Photo guidelines

The quality of your reference photos directly affects likeness accuracy.

Multiple profiles

You can create multiple Person Profiles in one account — useful for generating portraits of different people (family members, team members, clients). Each profile is saved in your People Library and can be selected at generation time.

Using a profile in a generation

In the studio, select one or more profiles from the People panel before generating. Morphly supports up to 4 people in a single generation (for group portrait scenarios).

Deleting a profile

Go to the People Library, find the profile, and click the delete icon. Deleting a profile does not affect previously generated portraits.
